Insulation

For the past few weeks we have been putting up insulation up in the cottage. We are on ladders up in the top peak of the roof line and it's very hot up there. As my husband says each piece up, will keep it cooler in here, of course he is right. But as I'm holding long pieces on my head above my arms I feel dripping hot because I myself have to much insulation on my body.I think how I should walk more eat better,but I never seem to do any of that. So I'm up here on a ladder sweating everywhere. We all have insulation around us. Its to keep us warm and cool during the different seasons. I think you my BON friends have books and writing to keep you insulated. So pick up those books and put them all around you...insulate yourself in the writing of words. Me well my husband is saying it;s time to put up another piece of insulation on the ceiling!
